Terms of Use
These terms apply to your use of Hidaya, including the mobile app, website, AI features, and subscription features.
Using Hidaya
Use Hidaya lawfully and respectfully. Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, reverse engineer it, or use it to harm others.
Spiritual and AI content
Hidaya provides reflection and productivity support. AI-generated responses may be inaccurate or incomplete. Hidaya is not a substitute for a qualified Islamic scholar, medical professional, legal advisor, therapist, or emergency service.
Subscriptions
Hidaya offers weekly and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions. Payment is charged through your Apple ID or Google Play account, depending on where you installed the app. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Cancellations and refunds
You can manage or cancel subscriptions through Apple account settings or Google Play subscription settings. Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google under the policies for the store where you purchased.
Availability
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features as we improve the app. We work to keep Hidaya reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Store terms
Your use of the app is also subject to the terms of the app store where you downloaded it, including Apple App Store or Google Play terms.
